As President and Creative Director, Amy is responsible for the visual design of all print and interactive projects as well as site architecture and project management. Logo design and web design are her passion and creating a brand image and carrying it across all mediums is her specialty.
Amy takes an active role in Web development and is fully capable of flying solo on a full Drupal set up and configuration, but generally leaves the really hard math to Stephen.
Amy received her BFA in Graphic Design from Temple University, Tyler School of Art, where she continues to serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor teaching graphic and interactive design to juniors and seniors.
Stephen has a diverse background of project experience ranging from engineering to network management, Web design, multimedia programming and SEO.
As Technology Director, Stephen's main focus is designing databases and developing the backend programming for our custom content management and ecommerce solutions. Stephen's heart is in design and he frequently gives great feedback on visual solutions, but his head is usually busy demystifying the latest Google Analytics algorithm or seeding a sixty-eight team rugby sevens tournament.
Stephen received his BS from Cornell University where he sustained himself on fresh eggs and potatoes and, in the winter months, played rugby in a cow barn.
As IT consultant, Lex manages all of our clients' web hosting, email services and content management software. Lex brings over 20 years of experience in software and hardware management to 4x3 – he makes sure things are running smoothly. Lex is a graduate of New England College, where he received a degree in Computer Science.
As a content developer, Grace handles the content marketing and copywriting for a number of 4x3 clients. This includes creating original content for websites, press releases, newsletters, blogs and social media campaigns. Grace collaborates closely with each client and 4x3’s chief technology officer to help create and implement a marketing strategy that best compliments each business.
Grace received her BS in Communication Studies from Saint Joseph's University.
It's no suprise to her co-workers that Grace's favorite dwarf is 'Sleepy' since she loves to yawn and drink tea. But don't worry, you won't find her sleeping on the job.
As a graphic designer, Matt works closely with the creative director to create the look and feel of many print and interactive projects. He specializes in branding, but easily conquers all aspects of web design and animation.
Matt has been a creative since the first time his family's computer didn't need DOS commands to print. He started his career in account management, working in the agency world, but quickly realized graphic design was his true passion. Now, at 4x3 he uses that experience to create purposeful design for all clients.
Matt received his BS in Marketing Management from Grove City College, and earned his education in design from the School of Hard Knocks where he is now an adjunct professor in faking it until you make it and the wonders of cooking with ramen.
As a junior designer at 4x3, Shuchang works with the Creative Director and helps with updating client and internal websites, creating 4x3 promotional items, as well as assisting with pro-bono client work such as Friends for Friends. She also participates in group critiques and never has to fetch coffee.
Shuchang is currently attending Tyler School of Art and plans to graduate in May 2017 with a BFA in Graphic and Interactive Design.
Unoffically nicknamed "Slumpy" by the team, she is also ambidextrous and a designer who doesn't drink coffee. Outside of design, you can always find her doodling on sticky notes.
As a content marketing intern, Greg works closely with 4x3's content developer to provide marketing strategies to improve SEO. He also assists with event planning and promoting rugby tournaments.
Greg grew up in Pittstown, New Jersey and will graduate from Iona College in the Spring of 2017 with a BS in Marketing and a Music Minor.
While at Iona College, Greg was part of the Iona College Rugby Football Club. Although he did not play after his sophomore year, Greg served as the president of the club and was involved of the organization of the ACRC 2016 Bowl Series which took place at Iona College. Besides being part of the rugby club, Greg is also the director and founder of the first student Pep Band for Iona College Athletics.
