Designing A Simple, Yet Functional Website

Financial Advice That Relates To You
4x3 provided interactive design consulting and a custom Drupal Content Management System (CMS) for John O'Brien, a local financial advisor who specializes in a coach-like approach to financial planning. John started Relate Personal Finance to help individuals, families and small businesses make smart financial decisions regardless of their income or wealth level.
John wanted to standout among the hundreds of independent financial advisors working in Philadelphia. Opting out of the boring finance website that uses stock photo, John commissioned 4x3 for custom graphics and animations to give a new and refreshing look to his website.

It may seem like a cliche, but New Year’s is a time to reflect. We can’t help ourselves — times of transition make us pause and think about what’s changed in our lives, what’s constant, and what’s to come.
We helped other clients launch exciting new ventures - such as AGA Developers’ Trenton Stables project, or the Center For Hunger Free Communities’ Eat Cafe (coming this spring).
We traveled to the Jersey Shore, Virginia Beach and Charlotte to bring exciting, championship-caliber rugby to fans and players.
We bid a fond farewell to our Web designer Rachel Schmitz, and welcomed a talented new colleague, Liza Mansour.
There’s exciting stuff in the pipeline, too — new projects and interesting challenges for 2016. Even as we grow, we try every day to stay grounded in our basic approach — design-centered, marketing savvy and personal.
We’re proud of what we’ve accomplished, and would like to thank our clients, families, friends and supporters. Without you, none of this could happen!
Best wishes for a great 2016 from all of us here at 4x3.

Balloons, balloons and more balloons...4x3 had fun with its latest website design! The Party Land of Wayne site recently launched with great fanfare!
Gateway Party Store has been serving the Main Line for over 20 years. After retiring from ARCO Chemical Company, Donald Orenbuch was looking for a new business venture. Since he and the Orenbuch family often hosted parties for their friends and family, the party supply business was a natural.
His first store opened on Ridge Pike in Conshohocken in 1991. In 1995 he moved the store from that location to its current location at the Gateway Shopping Center in Wayne, PA. In 2003, he hired Angel Denno as Manager of his store and she quickly became one of the customers' favorite people. Angel also became skilled in the art of balloon decorating.
Tim Orenbuch, Don's son, has been working at the store since 2010, learning the business, meeting customers and learning their needs, so when Don retires, Tim can take over.

The Center's work encompasses four projects, and 4x3's Drupal powered content management system displays each on the site in a well organized and easily updated way. One of these projects is the Witnesses to Hunger section, where the site reader can easily navigate through images of the mothers and children, personal testimonies, and video clips.
